Micaela was v efficient to our enquiry and request to our comfort level of travel, the price is reasonable for budget traveller like us, but surprisingly both hotel that we stayed were safe and good location, staff are friendly, especially Hotel Victoria, the owner is super nice and make sure we are comfortable. Need to note the 2nd day tour part in Easter island, there is no horse riding and we went for both option stated, which is nice, so practically covered sight of whole island, also appreciate daily updates and prompt reply via watspp, overall we enjoyed the trip so thank you very much
