Perfectly situated in lovely gardens, a fairly large pool with comfortable seating around and shade. Ibera is out of the massive touristic path and that makes it the best Argentina wild life spot. The twice daily trips were just fabulous. We saw loads of different birds, caimans and carpinhos. In fact one just had to take a trip to the end of the dock to see a caiman and capybaras. The water gardens in the Chanel's were spectacular. The food was just great. This is one place that you should not miss on a trip to Argentina. We flew to Posadas from Buenos Aires and were picked up by a driver and taken to the lodge in a 4x4 , however it was 4 hours on a rutted unmade road. If you love a quiet nature heaven then come.
