At the Bodega Garzón you will find its Exclusive Restaurant run by the talented Chef Francis Mallmann, who after having learned methods and techniques of Nouvelle Cuisine in his first studies in France; today he owns several restaurants in different countries with television programs, using his own Gastronomic style and awarded the Grand Prix de l`Art de la Cuisine in 1995.
We will wait for you in the Fireplace Patio of the Restaurant, there, under the knowledge of the Chef Francis in Fire Cooking with fresh ingredients of the day and the season, you will be able to participate in this exceptional Cooking Class, by our team who have been prepared directly by the Chef.
During the class you will learn to prepare simple and regional recipes applying culinary techniques from the school. The ingredients are organic and fresh, which come from local farms to give us the best and rich flavors of the season.
This culinary experience will allow you to delve not only into the exquisite dishes and aromas prepared at the Bodega Garzón Restaurant, but you will also be able to enter its Winery, learning about and touring its facilities with innovative touches and modern architecture.
You will be offered a 4-course lunch at the Restaurant, from where you can witness a perfect panoramic view of the vineyards.
At the end of the presentation, you will be given a "Bodega Garzón" apron as a gift and souvenir for having participated in this surprising Cooking Class.
