After picking you up in a private vehicle from the downtown hotels, Bus Terminal or Port in Colonia del Sacramento, we will go along Route 21 towards the wonderful city of Carmelo.
You will have a professional guide who will tell you about the curiosities of this city, its history and its main attractions. Arriving in Carmelo, heading north, we will be able to observe the fertile fields where livestock and agricultural production stand out.
Then, we will pass by Seré Beach, whose native fauna reserve is very well protected and where we will see the Yacht dock, which is one of the most attractive spots for water sports.
Following that, approaching the Arroyo de las Vacas, we will cross the important Carmelo Swing Bridge, known as the Carmelite Golden Gate, ideal for taking a photo of a memory as if it were a postcard.
Upon reaching Avenida Constituyentes, we will head towards Plaza Artigas where we will appreciate the Monument that symbolizes the founding of the city of Carmelo, the Historic Temple of Carmen and the Parish archive.
After delving into the history and heritage of this beautiful little city, it will also dazzle us with its intense wines with grapes of French origin. So we will go to visit a winery just a few kilometers away. and taste one of Uruguay`s most representative wines, such as Tannat.
In addition, we will have free time for lunch (not included).
And after having had a day of new and renewing experiences, we will return again to the central hotels, Port or Bus Terminal in Colonia.
