We explore the cobblestone streets of the town, learn about its culture and delve into its rich history by visiting the Archaeological and Paleontological Museum, which houses a unique collection of fossils and pre-Columbian artifacts.
We enjoy a delicious lunch in a traditional restaurant in Guane, where we taste typical dishes of the region, such as pepitoria santandereana or mute santandereano, while our guide shares stories and anecdotes about the local cuisine and culture.
After lunch, we will delight in a Sabajón tasting, a typical regional drink made from brandy, milk, eggs, and sugar. While we enjoy this delicacy, our guide reveals secrets about its origin and tradition in the region.
