< div style="text-align: justify;">- 08:30 am - Meeting and departure from San Gil:
< div style="text-align: justify;">We will meet at your accommodation in San Gil, from there we will begin our trip to Guadalupe. During the journey, our expert guide will share information about the Santander region, its history, geography and the attractions that we are going to visit.
- 10:00 am - Arrival in Guadalupe:
Upon arriving in Guadalupe, we immerse ourselves in its charming colonial atmosphere with a City Tour of the town. We will visit the picturesque main park, surrounded by palm trees and highlighted by the imposing presence of the Our Lady of Guadalupe parish, an architectural monument dating from the 18th century and which represents an important manifestation of colonial religious art in Santander. You will learn relevant data and the cultural importance of this temple for the local community.
- 11:00 am - Ecological walk to Las Gachas:
We set off on an exciting ecological walk towards Las Gachas, a unique natural formation in the ravine of the same name. Along the route, we will encounter exuberant vegetation, composed of a variety of endemic flora and fauna species. Among them, trees such as guayacán, cedar, myrtle and oak stand out, as well as a great diversity of herbaceous plants, shrubs and ferns that thrive in the humid and rocky environments of Las Porridge.
The guide will give you information about the ecological importance of this ecosystem and its contribution to the biodiversity of Santander. Along the way, you`re sure to spot some squirrels, opossums, and lizards.
- 12:30 pm - Visit and bath in the natural jacuzzis:
Once in Las Gachas, a true paradise opens its way before us. We will enjoy the impressive rock formations sculpted by water over the years, creating a series of natural wells known as "Natural Jacuzzis". Our guide will explain the geological origin of Las Gachas and its importance as a tourist attraction in the region.
You will have time to submerge yourself in a refreshing swim in the crystalline waters of the ravine, contemplate that spectacular environment and soak up the tranquility that emanates from the place.
We headed to a local restaurant to enjoy a typical lunch of the region, composed of traditional Santander dishes that stand out for their authentic flavor and their fresh and local ingredients. During the meal, our guide tells us about the gastronomy of Santander and its cultural influences.
- 04:00 pm - Free time in Guadeloupe:
After lunch, we will have free time to explore more of Guadalupe on our own, compare some memories and capture the best images of the town.
- 05:00 pm - Return to San Gil:
We conclude our day in Guadalupe and las Gachas by embarking on the return trip to San Gil. div>
