We will begin by checking in at our agency before proceeding to the boarding location, situated 50 km south of Punta Arenas. Upon arrival at Bahia Carrera, we will board our vessel and commence our journey through the breathtaking landscapes of the Strait of Magellan.
During our voyage, we will visit several points of interest including the historic Fort Bulnes, the San Isidro Lighthouse, the majestic Mount Tarn, the picturesque Indio Bay, and the impressive Cape Froward, Cape Holland, Rupert Island, and Carlos III Island.
Additionally, we will navigate through the fascinating Shag Pass, observe the Cormorant Cliffs, and marvel at the imposing Sarmiento and Helado Glaciers as we enter the Marine Park.
From the ship`s deck, we will have the opportunity to observe penguins and continue our journey from Rupert Island towards the Charles Islands and Shag Passage, where we may encounter whales.
We will have another chance to admire the Sarmiento and Helado Glaciers before enjoying a delicious lunch on board.
At 17:00, we will disembark from the catamaran and begin our return transfer to Punta Arenas, arriving back at approximately 18:00.
