We head towards the beginning of the Road
Austral to explore the impressive Park
National Alerce Andino, located just 50 km from Puerto Montt. This
park is famous for housing some of the trees
oldest in Chileand a unique biodiversity in the middle of landscapes of
dream.
We start with a trekking adapted to your physical conditions,
with a maximum duration of 4 hours (12 km round trip). Along the way, we
We will enter dense populated forests
by various native species of trees and birds, offering an experience
immersive in the virgin nature of the
Chilean Patagonia.

The highlights of our route will be the visit to an impressive "Millennium Larch", located in the
heart of the park, approximately 4.5 km from our starting point.
These monumental trees, somemore than
3,000 years old, they are living witnesses of natural history
of the country and a view you won`t want to miss.
If you are looking for a
even deeper experience, you can choose to continue to the picturesque "Laguna Chaiquenes", about 6 km from
distance. This tranquil lagoon offers a serene environment and an opportunity
perfect to enjoy a moment of peace in the middle of nature.
During our
excursion, we will enjoy a simple but tasty snack, perfect for
recharge energy while absorbing the beauty and tranquility of the environment.
At the end of our adventure, we will return to Puerto Varas with the satisfaction
