- ACCOMMODATION: Bahía Esperanza has a private house of 120 square meters, fully equipped. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room space integrated into a kitchen and bar.
The 3 rooms have 9 beds in total, king, twin or cabins according to disposition Of the stay. Additional beds may be required for large families or groups.
- AMENITIES: The house has central heating and a Privileged view of the Patagonian fjords. The living room is ideal to relax, have tea and enjoy the silence of the area.
You will have 24-hour assistance for the stay staff; cleaning service, absolute privacy in a 2,200 hectare farm and free Wi-Fi internet service.

Coastal Edge And Mirador Bahía Esperanza:
In this activity you cross the ranch from east to west, crossing through forests and interior pastures, ideal to get to know the local flora and fauna. until you reach the neighboring ranch located at the foot of Cerro Ballena. The return will be along the coastline enjoying the wind, the incredible view of the Ultima Esperanza fjord and the Patagonian Ice Fields and seeing different species such as eagles, caranchos and condors.

Exploring La Laguna Escondida
On this excursion you will be able to enjoy the magic of the native flora and fauna through the imposing lenga forests. At the end of the circuit you will find a small lagoon in the middle of the forest and the peat. From there you will be able to see the imposing view of the Moore Mountain Range and Cerro Ballena.

Los Dos Miradores
The route of this activity is through ñires forests with a great variety of native birds, following a cliff that separates the upper part of the estancia from the central depression. To the right of the path you will see the spectacular Ultima Esperanza fjord, the Eberhard fjord and Puerto Natales, and to the left the lower sectors of the estancia, full of ancient forests.

Condoreras Del Cerro Ballena
This activity starts from the heart of the ranch to Cerro Ballena. You will cross to Estancia Coto to begin the ascent to Cerro Ballena with magnificent views of the Ultima Esperanza fjord, Canal Señoret, the lagoons of the Cordillera Moore, Puerto Natales and the Glaciers of Campos de Hielo Sur. Upon reaching the summit, you will have the opportunity to admire the triumphant flight of condors.

Mirador Las Águilas
This excursion is perfect for those who do not want to do much physical effort. During the journey, you will be able to observe and enjoy the views of the glaciers, the fjords, Puerto Natales and, on clear days, even the majestic Torres del Paine. Also, on windy days, you will be able to admire the eagles (and sometimes condors) that fly over the coastline.

The Rivera del Canal Señoret
This activity starts from the center of the estancia along a wide path heading south, which runs along the Señoret canal. In its first part, you will be able to appreciate a large number of birds of different types that take advantage of the calm of the bay to protect themselves from the wind. You can also enjoy the ñires forests, in addition to the wonderful view of the Señoret Canal, the city of Puerto Natales and the Cerro Dorotea. On the way back you will face the snowdrifts and on clear days you will be able to see the incredible Paine massif.
