First Day: Rio de Janeiro
Our tour begins with a pick-up at your hotel and we head towards the emblematic Corcovado Hill, where the impressive statue of Christ the Redeemer is located, at 710 meters high. In addition to marveling at this iconic attraction, you`ll be surrounded by nature as the hill is located within the Tijuca Forest National Park, the largest urban forest in the world.
From the top of the hill, you`ll enjoy a spectacular panoramic view that encompasses the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, the north of the city, and several of its beaches. Afterwards, we will head to the legendary Maracanã Stadium for an outside visit that will allow you to appreciate its grandeur.
We will continue our tour with a stop at the famous Carnival Avenue, the Sambadrome and explore the Apotheosis Square.
You will recharge your batteries during a break to enjoy a delicious lunch at a buffet restaurant. Then, we will head to the impressive Sugar Loaf mountain, located 395 meters above sea level, in the middle of Guanabara Bay. We will ride a glass cable car to the top, from where you can enjoy a 360° view of Copacabana, Urca, Botafogo, Flamengo and its surroundings.
Before finishing, we will explore the charming Historic Center of the city, making stops at the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral, the famous Selarón Staircase and passing by the iconic Arcos da Lapa.
After a day full of activities and discoveries, we will take you back to your hotel, where you can rest and remember this unforgettable experience.
Second Day: Angra dos Reis
We will head to Angra dos Reis, a city near Rio,
famous for its dozens of islands and beaches paradisiacal. Once we arrive
in Angra dos Reis, we will immediately begin the exciting ride
on a shared schooner. Aboard the schooner, we will sail for
approximately 4 hours, exploring the wonders that Angra has to
offer.
Angra dos Reis means `small bay` and is
part of a large complex of bays and hundreds of islands. During the ride,
we will make stops at different places to swim, admire beautiful islands,
relax in crystal clear waters and witness the harmony between
the blue of the sea and the lush green of the Atlantic Forest.
Our stops will include Cataguases Island, Lagoa Azul, Freguesia de
Santana and Praia de Japariz. With a little luck, we may spot turtles and
a variety of colorful fish.
During the day, you will have the opportunity to enjoy adelicious buffet-style lunch. Please note that drinks
and desserts are not included, but our team will be available to
help you choose the best options.
After the boat ride, we will return to the land vehicle
to return to Rio de Janeiro, ending an unforgettable day full of
stunning landscapes and memorable moments.
