The day begins with the pick-up of passengers from their accommodation in Itacaré, and then the The vehicle continues its journey along the BA-001 Itacaré -Ilhéus highway, where we continue on foot along a path in the jungle.
The first place to visit is the beautiful Cachoeira da Usina. This waterfall gets its name because Between 1942 and 1971 it was used as a power plant to supply energy to local farms. Free time is provided for all participants to enjoy a refreshing swim in the waterfall.
The walk continues towards Jeribucaçu beach, along a 45-minute path. minutes through the Atlantic Forest and mangroves. The final destination is
Truly rewarding. The combination of the white sand of the beach, the crystalline blue sea and the Jeribucaçu River flowing into the sea, creates a
wonderful and paradisiacal setting. The beach is ideal for swimming, with medium-sized waves. However, for those who prefer calmer waters, the Jeribucaçu River offers a perfect environment for swimming as well. As for the infrastructure, there are kiosks on the sand where drinks and food in general are served, including the famous grilled fish, which is always freshly caught by the local fishermen.
After enjoying free time at Jeribucaçu beach, the next destination is the beach do Arruda. This beach is just 10 minutes from Jeribucaçu Beach and offers natural pools (depending on the tide). It is a perfect place to relax in its warm waters.
The return to the city of Itacaré occurs in the late afternoon, around 4:00 p.m.
