DAY 1
Departure from hotels in Salta at 7 am
We start the tour with a road trip through the Valley of Lerma to the village of Carril, continuing through Chicoana and entering the Quebrada de los Laureles, and then, the Quebrada de Escoipe, we arrive at Maray, a small mountain village. From there we enter the Cuesta del Obispo, following a path with pronounced curves that allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the Enchanted Valley and the small houses with corn and fruit fields. Arriving in Cachi, we can see a panoramic view of Nevado de Cachi and Payogasta Hills. A visit to the town of Cachi is done through the Museum of Archeology and the Church.
Continue along the Route 40 to admire mountainous landscapes with villages of great charm, bordering the Calchaquí River. We go across Quebrada de las Flechas, San Carlos and Animaná, to finally arrive in Cafayate, where we spend the night (accommodation not included).
DAY 2
On this day we will visit Cafayate, the youngest city in the Calchaquíes Valleys, internationally recognised for its wine production, in particular the Torrontés, which can be tasted on visits to its wineries, whether Crafts or industrial type. After lunch (not included) we return to the city of Salta through the Quebrada de las Conchas and the Lerma Valley route.
Return to Salta around 6 pm
