Approximately at 10:30 AM our expert guide will stop by our hotel to start our day heading to the region of Luján de Cuyo and Maipú, regions are recognized for their centuries-old winemaking.
Here we will visit three wineries selected for the quality of their wines and prestige, immersing ourselves in the world of oenology through the knowledge of our specialist guide.
We will discover different aspects related to wine, from planting, watering, care and harvest, to the winemaking process. We will also learn the protocol to be able to properly serve this drink at social gatherings and incorporate the manners of a good host when it comes to wine.
In each of the selected wineries, in addition to visiting their vineyards and facilities, we will taste specially selected labels. Mendoza is characterized as a gourmet destination, having developed a gastronomy of excellence to achieve exceptional pairings with world-famous wines. Mendoza gastronomy is a fusion of traditional recipes with new cooking techniques, so we will have a 3-course lunch in one of the wineries.
After the visits we will be returning to our selected hotels at approximately 6 PM.
