We`ll be expecting you at 9 in the morning at the Canyon to start this adventure. Departures are on time, so to ensure a smooth trip, we recommend arriving at the National Park 45 minutes before the scheduled time.
During this 4-hour excursion, you`ll have the opportunity to explore a series of points of interest that will immerse you in the history and nature of the region.
The first activity involves observing the Petroglyphs. These are carvings on rocks, created by ancient civilizations, and are a form of rock art that has endured over the centuries.
Next, we`ll head to the Botanical Garden. This oasis of vegetation in the midst of the arid desert surprises with its flora and fauna, which evolved to survive in extreme conditions.
Our third stop is the Gothic Cathedral, a spectacular rock formation. It`s formed by pillars and natural roofs sculpted by erosion over the centuries.
Finally, we`ll arrive at "El Monje." This is one of the most iconic rock formations in the park, known for its striking resemblance to a praying monk. This natural wonder is a must-see on our route.
After seeing the main attractions in a fully equipped vehicle, you`ll embark on an uphill trek of 2.3 kilometers to Los Balcones de Talampaya, a natural viewpoint at 1600 meters above sea level that offers panoramic views of Talampaya Canyon.
Throughout, you`ll have the company of a guide trained and certified by the National Parks Administration, who will provide detailed information about each point of interest.
The excursion service does not include lunch, but at the National Park`s tourist complex, you`ll find a spacious, air-conditioned restaurant for lunch
