Our starting point is El Bolsón. The tour will start early in the morning with a visit to the certified organic farm. Here you will enter the world of organic agriculture. You will participate in the harvesting of fine organic fruits and vegetables directly from the earth, learning about the sustainable methods used to grow these high quality products.
Afterwards, you will head to a farm where artisanal dairy products are made. Here you will have the opportunity to sample delicious cheeses and yogurts while learning about the process from milk to finished product.
For lunch, you will arrive at a candy factory where the most select fruits of the region are used to create exquisite jams and sweets.
After recharging your energy, you will learn about the world of fish farming. You will learn how trout are raised in natural environments and you will be able to taste smoked trout.
In the afternoon you will visit a local winery. You will learn about the process of elaboration of wines and artisanal liquors, while enjoying a tasting of them.
For those who enjoy beer, the next stop will be at a craft brewery. You will be able to taste different varieties of beers, each with its own distinctive character and brewed with passion.
The tour will end in Puerto Patriada, where you can relax by the lake and enjoy the panoramic views. Here you can taste homemade ice creams, chocolates and sandwich cookies that will put the finishing touch to our day.
