We will begin by meeting in La Cava. There we will be accompanied to the room where we will have this great experience. They will give us a paper with information to complete, which will be useful later in the activity.
The sommelier will give an introduction in overview of the wines, involving people, and the tasting of three wines will begin, one from each region distinctive for its wines.
The Argentine Northwest will be represented with a Torrontés paired with Salta empanadas. Passing through the Patagonia region, you will try a Pinot Noir accompanied by a Crostín with mushrooms. And finally, Cuyo with a Malbec wine served with meat skewers.
This whole experience will be accompanied by the sommelier, who will present the geographical differences and the characteristics of each soil that makes it the wines are prepared in a certain way. It is an interactive activity, where you can complete a list of how all the senses act when trying a wine (what color it has, what aroma it has, among others) and at the same time we will have aromatizers that help understand the sense of smell of many notes of the wines.
