You will meet with an experienced Tango instructor in a private dance studio, who will teach you the technical and musical aspects of Tango.

First, you will listen to the musical rhythms of the accordion and other instruments, which set the atmosphere and timing of the dance. You will then learn the proper way to start with the Argentinean style embrace in which the principal dancer and the person following him dance together. Then you will practice some basic steps on the dance floor.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer, you will appreciate the simplicity and elegance of the movements and enjoy an unforgettable experience of authentic Argentine culture.

I have two left feet and had never danced before, but really wanted to try Tango whilst in Buenos Aires. Nora is passionate about teaching, speaks good English, and is an excellent communicator.
