Reasons for which Andean Crossing ® will not be responsible for any inconvenience and/or unforeseen circumstances and/or force majeure that prevent the time connection with other means of transport to national and international destinations linked to the departure and arrival schedule in Chile and/or Argentina.
2. Check-in: Passengers without in-person check-in or sending online documents will not be able to make the crossing due to immigration regulations. The documentation presented must be the one with which the passenger enters the country.
Luggage: One piece of up to 23kgs is allowed free of charge and hand luggage (bag or purse). In case of extra luggage (any bag, additional suitcase or Carry-On), it must be declared at check-in and an amount of US$25 must be paid for each additional piece.
Cancellation policy for tour operators: For groups: up to 7 calendar days before departure, 100% refund is applicable.
MIGRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH COUNTRY:
- Passenger data will be received until 12:00 noon on the day before travel.
- Passengers without data or sent after the deadline will not be transported.
- For shipments on Sundays and Mondays, data must be sent on Friday, respectively, before 11:00 a.m.
The required data are:
- Name/date and place of birth/Nationality/Occupation.
- Type and number of travel document (same when entering the country).
- Country of Residence/Hotel Contact.
(In the case of Colombian passengers, the report is a valid number that is printed on the back of the passport, it has 2 letters and 6 numbers.)
