Almaoliva had its beginnings in the year 2006, it is a company
family founded by the Castello-Bertero Family and owns olive plantations
in Coquimbito, 10 kilometers from the City of Mendoza.
In its
farms that can be visited from Monday to Sunday, you can see that the olive trees
adapted with extraordinary ease to the climate and soil, giving a fruit
of excellence, being the first coratin plantation in the region.

has its own extraction plant with state-of-the-art Italian technology
generation, Pieralisi brand. The oil is kept in stainless steel tanks

with olives of the variety originating from Italian Puglia, it is an oil

with olives of the Frantoio variety (originally from Italian Tuscany), it is a
medium-high intensity oil, fruity with notes of herbs, delivers a
slightly spicy sensation that contrasts with a pleasant almond aftertaste and

with olives of the Arbequina variety (originally from the Spanish region of
Catalonia), it is a fresh and friendly oil, it has a medium fruity, aroma

Intense: It results from an exquisite mixture of selected varietals, where
highlight the best characteristics of each one, highlighting the notes
spicy and bitter from the Coratina varietal.
