The Teatro Colón is an opera house in the city of Buenos Aires. Due to its size, acoustic and trajectory, it is considered one of the five best in the world. According to a survey carried out by the acoustic expert Leo Beranek to outstanding international opera and orchestra directors, the Teatro Colón has the hall with the best acoustic for opera and the second best for concerts in the world.

Comparable to the most important lyrical rooms in the world, such as the Scala in Milan, the Metropolitan Opera House in New York, the Vienna State Opera, the Royal Opera House (Covent Garden) in London and the Paris Opera, it is an unequivocal index of consecration for those who present themselves in it and an inescapable place for music lovers. The Colón has always been a theater revered by the public and by the most renowned artists. At the same time, it is home to the Stable Orchestra, the Stable Choir, the Stable Ballet of the Teatro Colón and the Buenos Aires Philharmonic Orchestra.  The Colón Theater Experimentation Center, the Higher Institute of Art, with its Academic Orchestra, the Children's Choir and the Contemporary Colón program also operate at its headquarters.

Unforgettable visit. Don't miss the tour inside. A History moment of Buenos Aires.
