The new generation of chefs of the country has added unusual fusions to the almost 500  Peruvian typical dishes, and it continues surprising the world and turned the city into the undisputed capital of Latin American gastronomy.

The interesting thing about this museum is that it shows the different periods that Peru has lived and how these have been assimilated by its people. The pre-Columbian, viceregal and republican periods are portrayed in paintings, but also in tools and objects that describe how the Peruvians adapted again and again.

In any case, this is just a little piece of the city. It does not matter the reason, Lima has remained for more than a decade as one of the most visited cities in Latin America. Thousands of years of history and an indecipherable future make this city a mystery in which emerge adventures from anywhere.
