When you visit Esteros del Iberá you will be involved just by nature. The Iberá Wetlands is located in the Province of Corrientes. It is the most amazing place for lovers of nature.

In this place, you will find ponds and lagoons that varied depending on the currents of water. The word wildlife describes perfectly this reserve.

Tourist can see caimans, capybaras, swamp deer, pampas deer, howler monkeys, anacondas and hundred of birds.

The reserve consists of seven lagoons covered in vegetation such as Camalotes and Irupés. It is an ideal place to make photographic safaris, strolls and expeditions. Every corner of this place has a special character because everything is alive.

There are many paths, some are to be walked through the natural environment, and others made for vehicles but they only have a few kilometers of extension.

The water and plants accumulated comprise the islets. There are several aquatic species and birds of different kinds, amphibians, many kinds of mammals, birds, reptiles, and fishes on the surface and around islets, 

There are many activities to do in the reserve such as horse riding, sightseeing tours, bird watching and motorboat excursions.

So, it will be possible to observe all the beauty and the thick foliage of this place.

One of the recommended tours is a little voyage in canoes, avoiding noise. The main idea is to observe the fauna.

Do not forget to pack a sweater, raincoat, sneakers for the excursions, rubber boots to walk near the swamps, sunscreen, insect repellent and a small backpack to have when going through the reserve. The most important is wearing comfortable clothes.

This is an exclusive place, ideal for those who enjoy a close contact with nature.
